Cascading Pebbles - a lacy airy knitted top defined by columns inspired by snow melt waterfalls in springtime
This lovely open-worked top is easy to knit with a pattern that is quickly memorized & which drapes beautifully. The back is 3 - 4inches longer than the front. Cascading Pebbles is meant to be worn with 12 to 18 inches of ease for a soft drape. The front & back are worked flat, in 2 pieces, from the bottom up. There is neck-shaping & a short sleeve band added at the end. The featured top was worked in 5 skeins of Shibui Twig, color: Blueprint, which is a sport weight yarn made of 46% linen, 42% Recycled Silk, & 12% wool;190yds. 50gr.

Needle: US 6 (4.0mm) 24in circular for body; US 5 (3.75mm) 24in circular for garter border; & US 3 (3.25mm) any length for sleeve or needles to achieve gauge
Gauge: in Cascading Pebbles Stitch Pattern 22sts / 32 rows to 5 inches after blocking (see note)
