Jadawoo Designs Knit- Rippling Waves Hat
2024 Slow Yarn Crawl pattern from Jadawoo Designs!
Rippling Waves Hat by Lisa Ellis Designs
Early morning tide pooling in the PNW still requires a springtime hat as the marine layer lifts and the rain drizzles intermittently. Seagulls squawk overhead and the salty air fills our lungs, reminding us how fortunate we are to live in the Pacific Northwest. The cables are the designer's interpretation of seagulls and the folded brim bundles the ears from the cold wind and rain. This design was created for variegated yarns to showcase the individual colors and to eliminate color pooling.
Yarn Description from the yarn dyer: Reflecting the rocky bottom of Pacific Northwest waters, "Reflections" yarn captures the serene beauty below the surface. Inspired by light and shadows dancing on the water's surface, it invites you to dive into tranquility and weave your own stories.
